Reception staff could be as productive and respectful as the doctors/ nurses- maybe eating and gossiping less and being more aware of the clients in front of them who maybe aren’t interested in their thoughts re Boris or what diet they are trying this week. The lady I spoke to in the phone was lovely but I was not impressed by the duty receptionist whilst I was waiting.
