I am suffering a suspected miscarriage. The doctor was kind and arranged my treatment going forward.
Suggested improvements
I was kept waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time as the person I spoke to in the phone booked me in with a nurse rather than a GP. The receptionist saw this and rearranged efficiently
