Receptionist was very abrupt, only thing she said to me was to put a mask on. Waited half hour for my appointment during which the receptionists very clearly talked about their unhappiness with their working hours. Them when I was seen, the doctor couldn't access my medical records and no interest in finding out what was wrong with me. I have long standing issues with my knees, but I hadn't gone in about them and was referred in by 111. The doctor just put agonising pain down to being muscular skeletal - didn't know dislocating knees could cause pain in your arms?! Very unhelpful about pain relief, and not concerned with finding out why I was in pain. Left the surgery in tears, feeling like it was a complete waste of time.

Suggested improvements
Professional receptionists who greet patients warmly, doctors having access to medical records, and actually trying to find out what's wrong with someone!
