ANP very clear on plan and why she made the decision she did

The only issue a I’ve had is the antibiotics aren’t working as expected. I contacted my practice as prompted by the ANP on day 3 if things weren’t better and they haven’t got the urine result. The reception team seemed to think they never got them from the same day service. So now I have to send another culture off on day 4
