The staff were all nice, I was happy with my treatment, I found parking being disabled difficult. I felt unsafe in the waiting area due to the number of people coughing who were ill and not wearing a face covering and seating being close together/limited, I have sats of 88-92 due to being in a induced coma due to covid so I’m very nervous being around people especially those who are sick.

Have seating more spaced and prompt face coverings. I do however understand not all people are able to wear them. Have more accessible parking closer to the building.
