I gave a positive outcome but also could have quite easily given a negative one. I initially got a phone call from the service. Spoke to a male Dr. I tried to explain everything to him. . The call was for my wife. The underside of her face was very swollen. She had terrible earache . She had a breakdown in September last year and crisis team had been involved for a long time. They promised us outside help from other sources, which we never received. My wife's mental health has since been progressively getting worse. She suffers with severe anxiety and has panic attacks. The Dr said its a dental problem so ring a dentist. I told him that my wife suffers with bad ear infections yearly and could she please be checked out as I had tried since Friday to get an appointment at our local surgery. He said its dental and abruptly hung up. About 20 mins later I got another call from a female Dr. . She was amazing by the way. I explained everything, we went through and it was a bad ear infection. . She was amazing with my wife who was really anxious and on the verge of having a panic attack. I can't thank that Dr enough for taking the time to listen to me. She is a credit to you and your service. I must add that I was polite at all times during the conversation with the first Dr and I feel that I gave him no reason whatsoever to hang up.

Suggested improvements
The 1st doctor could have been a bit more professional. I would be happy for you to listen to the phone call if you have it recorded. I was polite at all times
