Even though the department was extremely busy I was treated with respect. When it was my turn I was then directed to minor injuries department. The treatment I received there was excellent.
I couldn't praise staff enough for their kindness and also concern for my wound. The orthopedic staff came to see me and dealt with the wound explaining that I would have to come back for redressing. I was rung today with an appointment.
I have no reason to be negative in any part of my care and treatment.

Have the mens bathroom facilities sorted out so they do not flood into the main corridor when they are being used.
