I was seen by several professionals over the course of the day. All staff from start to finish were professional, kind and helpful. Can't ask for anymore. Thank you
Suggested improvements
Kept the water refilled at the station. Stop using expensive stale sandwiches packed in London at the little kiosk next to A&E! Tap into local supply chains instead please.
