All of the staff are lovely treated me brilliantly and cannot thank them enough. Everyone is so caring and amazin at what they do!

The nurses were fabulous and very approachable I cam from A&E and came onto Laurel ward in the early hours of the morning. The doctor and registrar that examined were also very good and attentive.

I can't think of anything that could have been done better.

Some staff excel in their care of patients while others lack terribly in their caring abilities.
Suggested improvements
When asked about certain procedures ie bloods be taken do not ell the family things have been done without checking the system first!!!
