Because the answer was absolutely true the staff were extremely hard with good humour, keep you personally informed out your care ps. The food is very good also.

I felt in safe hands. The nurses were efficient but also caring, compassionate and they treated me as an individual. All staff were absolutely 1st class. The ward also felt calm and well run. The level of infection contact and hygine was of a high standard.

Efficient and quickly seen by triage, doctor, x-ray and then the doctor again. Even though the waiting room seemed busy, we were out in less than 2 hours
Suggested improvements
I found it difficult to hear when names were called. Also hard to hear the reception staff when booking in.

Moved through the system quite quickly, the Dr was fantastic, couldn’t have been looked after any better, thank you for your service.
Suggested improvements
Just felt looking at the odd patient who seemed to be very uncomfortably in pain that maybe there could have been somewhere they could have laid down until they were seen too.

I was treated very well by dictors and nurses but not the nurse in charge she refused to give me a bed so had sit sit on uncomfortable chair with extreme back and pain all over my bidy turns out I had pneomonia

Get nurse in charge to listen to ambulance people they deal with patients first and no whats going on
