All of the staff were nice and knowledgeable. It was a sensitive issue for my son and they made him feel at ease.

I was really concerned about what was going to happen.But right from the start from Carelink through to Paramedic were Wonderful to going to Hospital Doctors & Nurses.I can't Thank them all enough.Thank you all Very Much.

Overapl a good experience , waiting time was still lenghty .

I felt the children didnt get priority and in some cases depending on other emergencies i do feep this needs to be concidered.

I was looked after so well by the whole team in maternity. I've been in Jasmine, Honeysuckle and Blueberry and I have to say that every single midwife and doctor was so caring and kind. Particular shout outs go to: Yvonne, who was so calming and decisive when I took a turn for the worse. She kept an eye on me every day and even came to see me when it wasn't her day on the ward. She helped to organise getting me home with a pico dressing and continues to be a massive support. She has such a kind way with her and really makes me feel at ease and like she can fix any problem. Steph, who speaks so beautifully and clearly and who answered all of my questions and helped me a phenomenal amount with my baby in the night when I was so ill and couldn't do it myself. She's a lifesaver and I can't tell you how much I appreciated her. Amy and Vicky, who both sat with me the whole time through labour and got me everything I needed as soon as I asked for it. Both were extremely supportive. Carley, whose positive mood and happiness was exactly what was needed when I was feeling really low. Sammy, who was always there in seconds and made me feel like I was doing a good job when I was finding things difficult. The Pink Ladies team, in particular Mandy Anderson, who have done so many check ins and helped me with breastfeeding. I feel massively supported by the whole team. This isn't a complete list as everyone who has looked after me has done a wonderful job and I'm so grateful. It wasn't the ideal birth situation what with the 2 week hospital stay afterwards but I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you so much <3

The staff were amazing very attentive very aware of all patients 5 star care

Although not there fault I think if ur over two hours in parking there should be a reduced fee..ps...did n9t receive food but was offered a cup of tea maybe in some circumstances over 4 hours a sandwich could be offered

Nursing staff who looked after me was so kind thoughtfull and carried out her tasks efficiently. She offered a drink and sandwich. The doctors were equally kind and respectfull and symphathetic and explained why I was suffering the symptoms I had. He explained what was going to happen next and assured me that they would get to the root of the problem. I was told he wanted to see me again in two days to ensure things were heading in the right direction with treatment. Overall I am grateful for the NHS for providing a great service that in my opinion has staff that are underpaid and a service that is underfunded This is an example of NHS at it best

I just felt that one would be more relaxed whilst for triage or seeing a doctor that timescales could be given. Messages and updates to your mobile phones perhaps
