A&E treated me with the dignity and Care, Everyone made me feel comfortable

I found that it was very difficult for family to grab a coffee and it was made worse as it got darker especially for a woman walking through car park to get to the main entrance of the hospital its a huge concern

The staff were all marvelous, and very kind

When in triage and my bloods were taken, a urine sample could have been taken at the same time and would have reduced my time at the hospital by more than an hour

Knew I was a first time mum and was polite

Clearly there was a trainee receptionist and I understand everyone has to learn but whilst I was there with my baby that was having an allergic reaction I think one of the other 4 people stood around watching her could have jumped in and helped
