Staff were professional, approachable and very compassionate from { } upwards. Very impressed with all of they especially Emily.
Suggested improvements
Only criticism is the shower on C3 adjacent to bay 6 is a bit { } but can not fault the care I received.

On day of arrival. Staff were, stressed and rushed. Not enough 10 cope night staff did not see then when did no empathy when asked for 4 blanket staff member threw it on bed.
Suggested improvements
Some staff are lovely and kind and so have empathy need more staff for inpatient more empathy and care, and not to feel like a nuisance.
