I was told my blood test results was normal was sent home phoned ibd nurse about my injection found out from her that my inflammatory markers are very high from infection in my tonsil I went there for about 7 30ish and left at 3am in the morning had a 45 min drive back to scunthorpe hospital timming needs to be better

Could off been alot quicker in seeing patients and to inform patients about the blood tests and not just say they was fine

My son had cut his head and he was seen after a small wait- given how busy it was I worried we would be there hours and he was seen and glued up straight way without being passed about to different people

The Doctor was very helpful caring and kind.
Talked me through how to deal with my trapped nerve. Pain relief to help me. Feeling much better.

Waited about 2.5 hrs long time with trapped nerve.

The A&E staff were really good with my daughter who has special needs. A nurse actually carried her through which I thought was really lovely.
Suggested improvements
I think if someone is nearly collapsing in the waiting area then rushing them through is needed. My daughter couldn't stand up.
