After hearing a man say he had already been there 5 hours my son refused to stay and wait for treatment. On entry near the wait sign was blood all over the floor, drying up and not being cleaned up. A man was sat in a booth on the phone swearing. The whole place from parking to reception to walking out because of the wait was ridiculous.
