Staff were considerate of my needs although sometimes I had to ask/ chase to find out what was happening next.

Stay was over Bank holiday which slowed down access to scans etc, meaning longer stay than necessary. Floors were not cleaned in over 36 hours although bay/ ward appeared generally clean and well maintained.
