An under pressure system means waiting time and delays on treatment which is unavoidable however taking two weeks from injury to a further two weeks for treatment is difficult to accept

Have a clearly marked waiting zone for accident and emergency so people no how long they are going to wait and not let people que jump because they become loud and obnoxious as happened twice whilst I was waiting,
