Dr. Chan, Older People Services, greeted my Husband (the Patient) and I as if we were old friends. He put both of us at ease immediately and informed us both in a language that we could understand, the medical problem that was facing my Husband. He was patient with my questioning and allowed us time to digest the answers. There didn't appear to be a time limit on our time with Dr. Chan. We left feeling that my Husband had been the only patient that Dr. Chan had to see, that his time was ours,moor as long as we needed to talk to him. We both left Dr. Chan's office feeling very informed and relaxed.
