Myself and my son who is only 15 were spoken to very abruptly by one of the nurses at reception. She was incredibly rude. My sons care once he was sent to the fracture clinic was fantastic. They were patient and understanding and took their time with him.

Hire staff with good manners and more patience. I understand it is busy and stressful but there was no need for her to speak to us the way she did.
