This experience was absolutely horrific!!!! I was left 3 hours almost before even being triaged- the department was not overly busy- I had asked by I hadn’t been seen they said I had been “missed off” totally unacceptable. To then be called in after report of my CT scan- no room- walking round ended up sat in handover bay- totally unacceptable- to hear the consultant then say something different on the phone as to what he had told me- I then called hull myself and was dealt with Ina. Professional manor! Absolutely outrageous care!
