Should have been taken in by ambulance after being.in a road.trwffic accident.and I wase.t as I had been told I would have.to wait 7 and a hf.hours for.an balance. I arrive.at.about 4 and was in agony with my neck and back and dis not reciv4 any pain relief for about 3 hours even tho I was in tears and asking for pain relief
