My daughter was seen to straight away the staff were amazing with her, however I still don’t know what was actually the problem as no one explained she was just prescribed antibiotics and sent home. I expected a nurse or someone to come in and explain but they never.

I think the important conversations are had outside of the patient, I would have liked to know what conclusion was come to and exactly why my baby was given antibiotics not just the reason I assume?
