Amanda gave fantastic care and tried her best to help and get info but the time I was there asking for pain relief for hours and didn't get any, she eventually got it sorted (I hadn't been entered into the system having had been there for hours) the only Dr (in pink scrubs) that I saw did very little and didn't listen to my concerns and symptoms (this became apparent on my discharge papers). Didnt get my urine checked (despite being in for an abdominal pain issue with spasms). When I was discharged I was just handed a piece of paper, none of the medication until I complained that I was still in pain, still getting spasms etc.... I was simply given oral morphine and a prescription for buscopan (note I was having full spasms in my back not cramps in my abdomen) none of the antibiotics I was promised until I queried it. I was given those tablets to take home. But given a script to have to pay for a prescription for the other meds (isn't it hospital policy to discharge with a 7day supply?) Over 10 hours in hospital, only things achieved, bloods (results where back in under two hours but noone to check them) ultrasound scan (report was back in 30 minutes but took hours to review and when it was I was simply discharged) no Dr review or discussion, still in pain, still getting spasms and still none the wiser as to what was wrong.... Oh and haven't got half of my meds because I can't afford a prescription (even though I should have been given a 7 day supply)
