Because for more than five and a half hours of the six I was there I was totally on my own in a 'pod'.

Suggested improvements
Initially, on finding a very long queue, I was unable to stand and wait. No chairs, or attention to the condition of those in the queue. My wife eventually gained attention of receptionist to acquire the use of a wheel chair to bring me from the car park 200 yards away. Having been told by 2 consultants to go to A&E if my condition deteriorated with excessive pain, the response was non existant, not even being offered pain killers, at any time during my 6 hour wait.
