The nursing staff, doctors, anesthetist and catering staff were fantastic and I must praise Karen who dealt with so many of us all begging to go home and she kept our spirits high and got us sorted.

Transport company on my first attempt at this was disgusting. I was meant to be here at 8 am. Arrived here at 11 am. So had to come back.
