11th August 2021

I attended at about 6pm and had to wait in the temporary corridor for a few hours before even being asked my details. Then waited until 12.00 to even be seen in triage. Finally saw a doctor at about 5 am and was given a further blood pressure tablet which I had to ask what it was. I left as I could not stand it anymore and it was making me feel worse. My gp sent me due to my blood pressure being very high. I understand there was only one doctor on but was first told 5and a half hour wait, the 6and a half then 7 then 8 - even though I had been there 10 hours. I know everyone has done a fantastic job during the pandemic but that shocked me
