It was completely overrun, had to sit on the floor outside the building in a queue for an hour and a half then another 2 and a half hours once inside. No provisions made for sick people waiting outside, no cover or chairs.

Better provisions for sick people queueing and waiting outside the hospital. Wiping down of surfaces/seating, considering the current situation with covid. I didn’t see anyone cleaning during the hours I was in the building
