Exceptional care in C6 and B2 wards, the nurses were magnificient care and service in A+E was appalling. Specifically the doctors in the medicaldepartment.Took 0 hours to be seen and then they did not prescribe the medication they told me I was going to have instead wrote it on a plain niece of paper therefore the nurses could not prescribe me anything.
Suggested improvements
It was not until I was admitted ont a ward, that I received the proper care. My notes kept going missing and orginially. My notes were on printed out as discharge papers.
