Queuing outside for two hours before checked in this time was apparently discounted as waiting by reception staff I was in total of 8 hours waiting two hours stood on a fractured foot! The place was filthy food all over the floor and no cleaners so nothing was wiped down after other customers in waiting area, covid restrictions were not managed well. Couldn’t get an appointment for fracture clinic within timescale doctor had said receptionists told me to query with doctor and go back which was a considerable distance on a fractured foot no care compassion reception staff rude treated like was just on a conveyer belt no human kindness

Suggested improvements
Managed waiting better, better customer service and managed covid rules and kept the place clean
