There was no triage what so ever, I felt some patients needed more immediate care before me, for example a toddler actively bleeding was told they were not allowed in front of us. Due to arriving with an intense migraine, disorientation and lack of balance no care was given, due to ring told the amount of time even being triaged ( 2 1/2hrs) and then seeing a doctor (5 1/2 hrs) I could not cope with the lighting or the noise within A&E, therefore I ended up leaving as it was making everything worse which resulted in my mother not sleeping as she had to keep an eye on me. The attitude of the staff was unprofessional, uncaring and down right rude, although as I work within the hospital I do understand how overworked they are and understaffed but that does not explain their attitude towards patients

Suggested improvements
Attitude of staff could be improved immensely.. A triage outside in corridor of A&E to find out which patients need more immediate care more than others. Although first come first served is adequate, more patients do need more immediate care and therefore should have priority
