Every member of staff were very professional, kind, helpful & friendly.

I had to wait 3 hours to be seen, which I understand as the department was busy. It was obvious I needed an xray but because there was blood on my hand it couldn't be done until I was assessed by a nurse. I think everyone should go for an xray whilst waiting if the wound has stopped bleeding. Because of your current procedure I was in the department for 5 hours. This could have been reduced by an hour at least.
