Friendly. Efficient.
I felt communication between staff and patient could be better.
Things explained better. At approx 2:30 Yesterday I asked nurse in Light Blue for painkillers and she told me she didn't deal with that.
She did not pass on info to anyone else and I ended up having oramorph - approx 4:30 - lack of communication.
Same nurse said she would ask if she could take me for X-ray. Never came back I fell asleep for 1 and 1/2 hours - I asked nurse re x-ray and she said ill ring for porter.
No follow up from nurse in Pale Blue.
Staff very friendly- regular cups of tea.
Warm atmosphere.
The only issue was noise during the night but this has to be expected when new patients are arriving including myself.
Everyone was kind, friendly and respectful.
Felt looked after, nothing was a problem.
Excellent staff and service.
The care was great. Offered food and drink at regular intervals. Always checked by nurses when changing medication/giving drip to make sure I was OK. Happy about the regular med check (bp,hr). Also the care team had enough knowledge about my med situation, so I had not have to keep repeating. Doors that close firmly- was changed and the door slowly opened by itself.
Very attentive.
Got treatment I needed and it was quick.
