Very friendly feel to the environment. I feel more communication would have been better. I sat for nearly 8 hours without knowing what I was waiting for or what was happening next. Free ear plugs would be nice (snoring).

All the staff were wonderful, especially Rosa, but all the nurses, doctors and ancillaries.
The lack of decaffeinated drinks is an issue.
