Relaxed atmosphere on ward, not to many unwanted noises & distractions. Could improve more on keep patient informed about waiting times for theatre. I was sat around for at least 2-2 1/2 hours not knowing if I was going to be seen in theatre or not. Which had me worrying if precedure was going to get cancelled, due to being out of theatre time. Discharge process took to long , due to only one senior staff nurse on duty
