Staff were lovely, very friendly and made me feel at ease.
Due to my procedure taking 4 hours, a television in waiting area would have made the experience better.

Care once in is excellent - the admission process was hard to cope with the uncertain of phoning the night before, phone to check in the morning and even then possibly being sent home and re admitted within 28 days was very difficult to cope with.
