More staff.
Staffing levels, could be improved, but the staff that was here, where all very nice and helpfully and caring.
I felt that one nurse who was caring for me didn't seem to know much about me - I had to explain my care more than I thought I should.
She seemed v. competent after that. Find questionnaires difficult when I'm not at my best.
My care was always 100% towards the nurses on each floor I have been on. They always was very thorough on my medication if the pain I had was too bad.
Ward 34 was great.
Ward 43. Mandy the aux cleaner very ignorant towards service users. e.g nearly ripped the curtains off track.
Nurses and care workers very attentive and caring.
More staff on a night and better medication administration - had to ask for it a few times, need better patient handover as well instead of patient repeating themselves each time.
Very kind and sincere.
Nothing to improve.
Quieter wards.
Fabulous care.
