My only suggestion would be for doctors to take a little more time. They always seem to be in such a hurry.
Breakfast staff could perhaps listen to the answers to the questions they have asked, and to check on patients dietary needs. I am diabetic and was given sugar on breakfast, plus jams and marmalades.
