The nurses were nice and the company of the other patients in the bay.
Attitude could be improve-I heard the height staff talking about me in the corridor. I asked for cream to put on my itching ankle and was told they had none.
Care was excellent.
A little confusing for visitors if the times are different per ward i.e ward 31 visiting finishes at 20:00, ward 32 19:00.
Friendly staff.
More of them.
How can you improve on perfect?
If your car is running perfectly would you take it to a garage and fix it?
If anything the staff could have used equipment and stores without the pressure of having to look for them.
Staff keep the help and after a strike.
Quality of care was fantastic, my daughter received the best treatment.
Staff were lovely, friendly and made our stay welcoming.
I found sometimes I had to go and look for staff who said I'll look for staff who said I'll be back e.g (I know their busy but I waited 1 hour for bandages for my daughter to shower). Medication given prior for pain too.
Nurses were brilliant with my son and listened to my concerns.
Everything from 'start' to 'finish'. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Sarah (special play) was particularly lovely, very caring and bubbly and animated with my little boy.
Keep up the good work everyone!
