Nursing staff always make us feel welcome and understand our needs. They listen to our concerns and roll these to medical staff if needed. Three members of staff in particular have managed my son's care extremely well, Sara Myers, Sarah Morley and Helen Smith always ensure his care is of the highest standard.

Nurses very responsive to need, not just myself, but others.
Improve- communication between different departments. It has been confusing at times getting conflicting messages from different areas.
