Once I was able to get the right help from the correct people, I was able to get the help I needed. I met lots of great people who I felt genuinely cared about my welfare.
Suggested improvements
Treatment for alcohol addiction, while I know I have an issue more support for this might help.

After waiting a number of weeks due to Covid my zoom physio Brigid Scott was excellent I followed her recommendations and I am on the way to regaining the use of my shoulder.
Suggested improvements
Under the restrictions of Zoom I don’t think there is anything Brigid could do better.
