More staff available to help patients when needed. Don't leave patients too long for toilet. They had time to talk to patients and help with feeding patients. More things to do for able bodies people sitting in chairs for them to pass the time.

A determination by all staff to assist me and my wife to overcome a longstanding problem experienced with the healing of an ulcer(?) on the ball of my left foot . This results from my diabetes.

Everyone has been so attentive, on the ball to my requirements. I've been informed of who medically I need to see etc. When I ring the bell staff come to seen me almost straight away.
I can't think of any improvements.
