Everything is good about my care. I'm looked after so well, all my needs met and the staff are so cheerful.

Everything has been good about my care.
I have no complaints at all.
The nurses can't do enough to help, they can't do enough for me. It's brilliant here.
No not really, can't think of anything, everyone does what they can.

The whole atmosphere and the staff. The staff are caring, thoughtful. This place is A1, the staff is A1, it lifts my mood makes me feel better. I came on today, upset now I'm cheerful and I glow.
Improvements- impossible can't improve what's perfect to me.

The care is constant, they were there when needed and no delay. The food good as well.
The bays are being cleaned all the time.
No no improvements.

Majority of the staff are very kind and helpful, food very good.
Only improvement I can think of is the short gap between lunch and tea.

Dr Reid is great, very thoughtful. Lynne has been helpful and my dad is in good hands. Appointment letters seem to go missing though and I need to close the secretary myself.
