Staff treated me well, however wait times felt rather long. I am however aware that is due to demand and not fault on the staff.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we endeavour to keep booked appointments running to time, they do sometimes overrun and this has a knock on effect for all patients booked to see the clinician that day. I am sorry that there was a delay in your case.
