Would like handouts of exercises so as I remember them as I do them accurately.

Professional staff, who were very competent and able to describe the exercises well. Listened to any queries and responded appropriately.
Treatment plan worked well over the period and the future plan was explained to allow me to allover forward after today.
The only thing to improve is the car parking!
