Listened to me.
Gave me appropriate exercises to do at home, after practicing at the session.
Motivated me to do the exercises when I felt discouraged that they weren't helping.
Encouragement and support.
Gave me information on pain relief (other than analgesics).

Very good advice, improvement within a week and continued to improve. Very nice chap! (Manny).
If I had not had to wait nearly 6 months to see the physio it would have been quicker to sort the problem. Why cannot physios be at doctors surgeons?

I have been treated exceptionally, if I did not understand something it was explained even 3 times, everything was better than I was expecting.
