Very good care and staff around if you need them.
Could be improved.
The food is not hot at tea time.

thank you for your lovely feedback. I am sorry you are not keen on the tea time menu, the majority of choices are cold at teatime, as a hot meal is served at lunch time, but there are options such as omelettes and jacket potatoes if you would like a hot choice.

I was made to feel immediately at ease and encouraged and welcome.
The doctor explained various procedures (as I am a bit confused at the moment).
The receptionist staff were welcoming too.
