Staff are really caring had to wait for assistance when bell ringing mainly at night.

thank you for the lovely feedback. I am sorry you had to wait at night for your bell to be answered. Staffing levels are lower over night and sometimes it can take staff a little longer to respond if they are seeing to another patient
