1. Initial consultation and exploring basic treatments before travel to surgery. 2. The day of the surgery was met with care, support and reassurance. 3. The professionalism of the staff involved is a credit to the NHS. 4. Due to the limited NHS resources I have a considerable distance to travel to attend appointments. This is a sad reality.
