I haven't had any direct help with mental health issues in ages. Just spoken to once over the phone in the last 2 years and then had my medicine increased without even asking me as the resolution to that call by someone I had never met
Suggested improvements
Have a psychologist actually talk to me before changing meds. Also just actually talk to me in general.
