I have attended the Gender Clinic at Danetre Hospital since 2017. I have always been treated with compassion, humanity and professionalism by all staff. Although the clinic is clearly extremely busy, they always answer emails quickly and clearly; the administrative staff are knowledgeable and highly competent. All clinical staff I have ever interacted with have also been brilliant. The quality of care has been high and I have always been treated as a person, not a number or tick-box. I wish every transgender patient in the country could have the sort of experience I have had at this clinic.

Nothing. Just keep doing everything you're doing. Teach other hospitals and clinics to do things the way you do!
